Fiskinn minn

Það er hægt að kaupa ferskan íslenskan fisk í Wegmans og við kaupum hann c.a. tvisvar í mánuði.
Ég eldaði fisk um daginn og strákarnir voru svona líka hrifnir. Ólafur hoppaði um af kæti og hann var búinn að klára fiskinn af diskinum áður en ég hafði tök á því að flysja handa honum kartöflur. Finnur borðaði síðan sinn fisk stappaðan með tómatsósu af bestu lyst.
Það kom síðan alveg ægilegur svipur á Ólaf Stefán þegar í ljós kom að fiskurinn var búinn, en af einhverjum ástæðum voru flökin óvenju lítil í þetta skiptið. Hann endaði á því að borða meirihlutann af skammti mömmu sinnar og dró síðan Finn í land með skammtinn sinn. Síðan tók hann af okku loforð um að hafa oftar fisk.
Verra gæti það nú verið.....

Óskarinn

Var að horfa á Óskarinn.
Glen Hansard og Markéta Irglová unnu fyrir frumsamda lagið sitt úr myndinni Once.
Frábært! Disney myndin Enchanted átti þrjár tilnefningar í sama flokki, og mér fannst þau öll vera nokkurnveginn sama lagið. Þau fluttu lagið sitt og það var skemmtilegt að sjá hann á sviðinu með gatslitna gítarinn sinn.

Önnur verðlaun sem mér þótti vel verðskulduð voru fyrir besta karlleikarann í aukahlutverki.
Spænski leikarinn Javier Bardem hlaut þau fyrir frábæran leik sinn á illmenninu úr myndinni No Country For Old Men. Ég fór að sjá hana fyrir það eitt að hún skyldi hafa verið framleidd af þeim Coen bræðrum. Mæli með henni.

Nú er búið að búa til lag og myndband við eina af mörgum frábærum ræðum Barack Obama. Þetta er óvenjulegt, en mér finnst það flott og það virkar.

Það er náttúrulega ekki hægt að semja lag við hvaða ræðu sem er, einhvernvegin á ég erfitt með að sjá fyrir mér að þetta gæti gengið upp á íslensku, t.d. með ræðu eftir forseta vorn ÓRG.
